The closest and most economical way to travel would be the TTC (public transit) and the nearest bus terminal would be Finch Station. It would take you about an 10 minute walk. Otherwise, you could travel by car in which it would take you about minutes to reach Highway 401.

What is included:

The bedroom includes: one double size bed, a drawer and closet for your
clothing and belongings. We also provide a work desk, work chair and table
lamp. Its perfect and suitable for travelers and students.

The bathroom is fully private and non-shared.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common
areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is also
ensuite washer and dryer available for use.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house.
You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
