This cozy unit is conveniently located minutes to Sherway Gardens Mall and other surrounding shops (Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot) with just a 15 minute bus ride. You can also find a No Frills just a 13 minute walk away. In addition, there are nearby banks, restaurants, gyms and much more.

Yonge/Bloor Subway Station is a short 35 minute bus and subway ride away. The nearest bus stop is just steps away on Royal York Rd which is just a 5 minute bus ride to Royal York Station (Bloor Line). Also, the Gardiner Expressway on ramp is an easy 5 minutes drive.

What is included:

This bedroom includes: a queen size bed, drawer chest, and a wardrobe for your clothing. We also provide a work desk/work chair/ table lamp. The room has a keyed door lock for your privacy. It is perfect and suitable for working professionals, travelers and students.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is shared with two other individuals. There is also an ensuite washer and dryer available for use.

Our smart lock keyless entry allows for easy but safe access into the house, You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all bathroom and communal areas will be provided. Single occupancy room (1 person only). This is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom located on the lower level house unit.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
