Homesgate Rentals is an all-inclusive single private room rental experience without overcrowding. We match your wants and needs to provide the best comfortable living environment tailored specifically for you.

Your stay with us will include a fully furnished bedroom with all bed linens and towels provided. In addition, each room comes well equipped with a work desk, chair and desk lamp. All basic utilities such as heat, water and hydro are also included. Our high speed internet, with one of the leading internet providers, will ensure that you remain connected for all of your online needs. Each of our units have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. We provide in suite laundry (washer and dryer). Lastly, how does an in-house cleaning sound to you? Cleaning will be provided on a routinely basis to maintain a clean and healthy environment. This is The Homesgate Experience.

Request to Book

Once you have found your rental unit, request to book the available dates. Once approved, you will be ready to complete the booking. You must be registered in order to request dates. Once registered, complete your Tenant Profile.

Complete your payment

Submit two pieces of government issued ID and any supporting documents (e.g. Visas and permits) and proof of employment (with two recent pay stubs) for verification to: info@homesgaterentals.com Once verification is complete, you can now complete the payment process. And that’s it!

I have been a tenant member of Homesgate Rentals for 4 months now. They are the best rental company that I have seen over the several years I have lived in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Eugene and his team are highly professional and responsive and do their best to make the whole rental experience seamless for their tenants. The homes are really well-maintained, with cleaning of common areas, lawn work etc. happening regularly; any concerns or issues that tenants may have are promptly addressed, the rents are very reasonable, co-tenants are nice and courteous and the homes are located close to transit. I feel fortunate to have found such a good rental company (which is very hard). Eugene is a very nice guy, he is really helpful and goes out of his way to help the tenants. I highly recommend Homesgate to you and am sure that you are also going to have a great experience with them !

I was new to Toronto, and I stayed at one of Eugene's rentals for a bit over a month, while I looked for a permanent place to sign a lease. It was perfect for my situation, as the cost was around the same as a month's rent which was significantly cheaper than if I were to stay at an Airbnb/hotel but at the same time, I didn't have to sign a long-term lease. Eugene was easy to communicate with during my stay, and always fixed any issues that arose in a timely manner. The rental itself was great - comfortable, clean, and had everything necessary.

The room was clean and furnished when I arrived, and the rest of the house was cleaned regularly by a housekeeper. Eugene is a very kind and reasonable landlord, and was quick to resolve any issues that arrose. Would strongly reccomend staying with Homesgate.

I moved to Toronto in the middle of winter, and if you've ever done that, you know how much there is to figure out at once. I didn't have family here, and house hunting when you don't know anyone is genuinely stressful, you're trying to work out who you can trust from a listing photo and a few messages. Homesgate Rentals made that part very easy, which I really wasn't expecting. The private room I was offered was completely furnished, so I didn't have to worry about buying furniture or hauling anything across the city in the snow. I moved in and it just worked. The host was responsive from the very first message and stayed that way throughout my stay. Maintenance was excellent. There's a cleaning service included, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort, and any repair or concern I raised was fixed proactively, usually the very next day. I never had to follow up twice. The home felt safe and secure the entire time I lived there. I ended up putting complete faith in the host, and that trust made my stay genuinely happy rather than just tolerable. The flexible move-in and move-out options were another big relief, especially while I was still settling into a new city. If you need a private space in Toronto with a hassle-free move-in and a host you can actually rely on, I recommend this 1000%.

Nice room and great landlord! The location is especially convenient: 5 mins to supermarket, 10 mins to TTC and 15 mins to Pearson airport, great for anyone new to the city! Would definitely rebook with the landlord next time when I’m in town!

Homesgate Rentals made my move to a new country so much easier by removing the stress of finding somewhere to live and then having to furnish it. The room came fully furnished with a private bathroom, inclusive of bedding, towels and a work station. The kitchen also came fully equipped, making it easy to purchase groceries and cook my meals. The ability to rent on a month to month basis allowed me time to adjust to the city and focus on other business of settling down. Eugene is an absolutely awesome host..so friendly, so helpful and down to earth. He was always willing to share advice based on his experiences living in the city.
