Your stay with us will include a fully furnished bedroom with all bed linens and towels provided. In addition, each room comes well equipped with a work desk, chair and desk lamp. All basic utilities such as heat, water and hydro are also included. Our high speed internet, with one of the leading internet providers, will ensure that you remain connected for all of your online needs. Each of our units have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. We provide in suite laundry (washer and dryer). Lastly, how does an in-house cleaning sound to you? Cleaning will be provided on a routinely basis to maintain a clean and healthy environment. This is The Homesgate Experience.

Request to Book
Once you have found your rental unit, request to book the available dates. Once approved, you will be ready to complete the booking. You must be registered in order to request dates. Once registered, complete your Tenant Profile.

Complete your payment
Using our internal messaging platform, you can communicate and submit documents/files. Submit 2 pieces of government issued ID and any supporting documents (e.g. Visas) for verification. Once you are verified, you can now complete the payment process. And that’s it!
