What is included:

This private room includes one double sized bed, dresser and clothes rack for your clothing and belongings. We also provide a work desk, work chair and table lamp. It is a perfect space and suitable for travelers and students.

We have added bedroom door locks for more added privacy.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

For your safety:

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
