Welcome to the beautiful and lovely neighbourhood of Bayview Village! We are located in the highly sought out prestigious area of North York. It is a 7 minute drive to Bayview Village shopping centre, one of Canada’s most upscale centres filled with many luxury merchants. There you can also find a supermarkets (Loblaws), banks (CIBC), pharmacy drug store (Shoppers Drug Mart), restaurants (Too many to name), coffee shops (Aroma Espresso Bar) and so much more.

You can also find The Bayview/Cummer Shopping Centre which is a 20 minute walk from the house. There you will find stores such as Tuft’s Valu-Mart (supermarket), TD Bank and CIBC (Banks), IDA (Phamacy), Canada Post, Dry Cleaning and many more.

To reach Finch subway station, it will take you about an 8-10 minute walk to the bus stop and then a 12-15 minute bus ride to Finch Station.

What is included:

This bedroom includes: one double size bed, drawer and closet for your
clothing. We also provide a work desk, work chair and table lamp. The room does
have a keyed door lock for your privacy. It is perfect and suitable for working
professionals, travelers and students.

The bathroom is shared with two other individuals.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common
areas such as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also an
ensuite washer and dryer available for use.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house.
You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

For your safety:

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
