This private room includes one double sized bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We also provide a work desk, comfy office chair and table lamp. All private rooms have key lock doors. All linens will be provided.

The main bathroom is located on the second level and shared with one other individual. In addition, there is also a half bathroom (powder room) on the main level.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen/dining. In suite laundry (washer and dryer) is available for use. This is perfect space for working professionals, travelers and students.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. You will be provided an entry code upon your check in date.

The communal areas such as the kitchen, dining, living and laundry room are shared with three other individuals.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Deposits and Cancellations:
