Hello and welcome to our beautiful home! We are located just minutes from Highway 401 which makes for easy commuting. The nearest bus stop is just a few steps from our house with the nearest subway station (Scarborough Centre Station) approximately an 30 minute bus ride. Likewise, you can reach the GO Transit (Agincourt) in the same amount of time.

The location is nearby by SmartCentre Scarborough East, Fusion Supermarket, banks (RBC, Meridian Credit Union), pharmacy drug store (Phamasave Malvern Drug Store), restaurants (Too many to name), coffee shops (Tim Hortons) and all within about a 15-20 minute walk.

The University of Toronto (Scarborough Campus) is an approximate 14 minute bus ride and quite convenient for students. Likewise, the Centennial College (Morningside Campus) is also nearby and takes about the same amount of time via public transit.

What is included:

This beautifully renovated unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area (with Smart TV), and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). Your private bedroom comes complete with: bed, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. Also enjoy a larger walk in closet. In addition, you will have your own private ensuite bathroom. We do provide commonly shared items available for all tenants to use: iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing evenings.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
