Welcome to our lovely newly renovated and modern studio unit located at the Benvenuto Condos. We are located at just south of St.Clair West. and in the serene largely residential Casa Loma neighbourhood.

The condos’ entrance is also quite impressive. It’s set in its own enclave, with a round, stone driveway and a garden at its centre. And to top it all off, the grounds boast beautifully cultivated gardens, as well as some magnificent, mature trees.

If you head just east to Yonge Street (a short drive and a fifteen-minute walk from the Benvenuto Condos), there you will discover a great shopping and eating scene. Alternatively, Avenue Road just east of Benvenuto Place also offers many delicious restaurants, most of which are concentrated around Davenport. Further down, residents can find all the upscale shopping they can ask for in the Yorkville neighbourhood just north of Bloor.

This is a great and vibrant location for working professionals and/or students wanting to experience living in a highly accessible location in Toronto.

This studio includes one double sized bed, a comfy couch (which also acts as a pull out bed), plenty of cabinet and storage space for all of your belongings. There is also a cozy work desk area and enjoy 40″ TV for your entertainment pleasures.

Your stay with us comes with use of a fully equipped kitchen/dining and ensuite laundry (washer and dryer).

Enjoy a beautiful and large fitness gym, enclosed in glass walls, that is located on the rooftop and also connecting to a lovely terrace.

Deposits and Cancellations:
