What is included:

This master bedroom includes one queen sized bed, dresser and closet We also provide a work desk, comfy office chair and table lamp. All private rooms have key lock doors. All linens will be provided.

The main bathroom is shared with two other housemates.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen/dining. The (washer and dryer) is also available for use.

Our keyless lock entry will allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. You will be provided an entry code upon your check in date.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:

There is a $200 key/security deposit that is required and payable via cash
or cheque upon check-in. All deposit amounts placed prior to move-in is
