This private room includes one double sized bed, dresser and portable
garment rack for your clothing. We also provide a work desk, comfy office chair
and table lamp. All private rooms have key lock doors.

We also provide a breakfast bar suitable for 2 or more people and a 32″
Smart HDTV.

All linens will be provided.

This is perfect space for working professionals, travelers and students.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common
areas such as a fully equipped kitchen/dining. In site laundry (washer and
dryer) is available for use.

Our keyless lock entry will allow for easy but safe access into the house.
You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. You will be
provided an entry code upon your check in date.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
