Your private bedroom comes complete with: bed, mattress, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. Also, included is a 32 inch smart tv and enjoy unlimited high speed internet with one of the top internet providers. There is a large walk in closet for all of your clothing and items. We do provide commonly shared items available for all tenants to use: iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and a hair dryer.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing evenings. Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
