What is included:

The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). Your private bedroom comes complete with: bed, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. We do provide commonly shared items available for all tenants to use: iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and a hair dryer.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing evenings.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
