What is included:

This private room includes one double size bed, dresser and closet for your clothing and belongings. We also provide a work desk, work chair and table lamp. Its perfect and suitable for travelers and students.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. The iron and ironing board are stored in the closet. Use of laundry room available after 5pm.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
