For your added convenience, you can walk to the Agincourt Mall. There you will surrounded by all one should need such as a grocery store (No Frills, Walmart), banks (BMO, RBC Bank), pharmacy drug store (Shoppers Drug Mart), restaurants (Too many to name), coffee shops (Tim Hortons and McDonalds) and so much more.

The nearest bus stop is just a short 5 minute walk from our house with the nearest subway station (Don Mills Station) approximately an 25 minute bus ride.

What is included:

This bedroom includes: one double size bed, night table and two closets for
your clothing and accessories. We also provide a work desk, comfortable work
chair and table lamp. The room does have a keyed door lock for your privacy. It
is perfect and suitable for working professionals, travelers and students.

The bathroom is shared with one other individual.

Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common
areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is also
an ensuite washer and dryer available for use.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house.
You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing
evenings.

For your safety:

Your safety is important to us. Please refer to our Resident Safety Protocol in the event of emergencies. The unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide and a fire alarm which will be tested on a regular basis.

Deposits and Cancellations:
